Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical assistance for manufacturing systems, hardware, and software.
• Analyze, monitor, and resolve internal requirements, quality tickets, and system configurations.
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements to meet business and customer requirements.
• Debug systems and write precise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational procedures and increase efficiency.
• Oversee implementation projects through all software development lifecycle phases.
• Create and present reports to executive team members to support solution proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field).
• Proven experience providing L3 support (Hardware and Network) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and SQL Server.
• Programming knowledge in Python or similar languages.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
