Business System Analyst

About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional and technical liaison to design and configure business capabilities
• Develop functional and technical system/configuration specifications
• Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and system capabilities
• Document testing requirements and scripts and oversee execution
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and conduct user acceptance testing
• Serve as Project Manager for technology enhancements and maintain platform roadmaps
• Define product/project backlogs including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks for agile delivery
• Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement
• Produce high-quality work products including process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate systems as a business analyst supporting finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience implementing new technology platforms
• Extensive knowledge of OTC and P2P processes and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Workday
• Knowledge of CRM, Service Agreements, and SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS D365 and/or Oracle Fusion
• Experience with International operations
• Experience with M&A Tech Integration
• Prior consulting, transformation, or process improvement experience
• Public company experience
