Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation and impact analysis to address business needs and edge cases
• Maintain clear, up-to-date technical specifications as the primary point of contact
• Propose product solutions by combining product expertise, UX insights, and data-driven analysis
• Create architectural visions with architects, defining components, interfaces, and data flows
• Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and goals
• Own end-to-end story refinement, ensuring completeness and test coverage
• Coordinate UAT activities to ensure test cases align with business goals
• Perform data analysis using structured and unstructured sources to support business decisions
• Lead feature and project delivery, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder communication
• Support end users through documentation and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience as a System or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript, C#, or C++ for analysis
• Expertise in requirements management (Use Cases, User Stories)
• Experience designing solutions from scratch
• Understanding of integration processes and Kafka
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture
• Understanding of UI/UX concepts
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency
