Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements using standard methods
• Produce functional specifications and solution documentation like user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies
• Document meeting outcomes and distribute notes for review
• Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements and interface contracts
• Support analysis using structured data sources, reports, and dashboards
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
• Flag issues impacting delivery timelines and escalate blockers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience as a System or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of requirements management (Use Cases, User Stories)
• Understanding of non-functional requirements and software development processes
• Ability to design integration schemas and understand integration mechanisms
• Proficiency in business process notations such as BPMN and UML
• Knowledge of Web Services, REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture
• Basic SQL knowledge for queries and databases
• Understanding of UI/UX concepts and fundamental theory of algorithms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
