About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and correct daily disruptions to productivity
- Manage staff operations, administration, and shift schedules for the GBS program
- Monitor performance, throughput, and quality via established KPIs
- Act as the main GBS point of contact for Affiliates regarding operational issues
- Support Technical Leads in managing daily team assignments
- Ensure compliance with work-from-office and work-from-home policies
- Manage staff attendance, time off requests, and weekly shift rosters
- Compile, monitor, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure work instructions, SOPs, and quality documents are up to date
- Execute annual performance reviews for GBS staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, technical, or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising staff (managing 20+ people preferred)
- Experience in a GBS environment
- Proven success meeting or exceeding KPI targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and business operations software
- Fluency in English (B2+)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
