About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and correct daily disruptions to productivity
  • Manage staff operations, administration, and shift schedules for the GBS program
  • Monitor performance, throughput, and quality via established KPIs
  • Act as the main GBS point of contact for Affiliates regarding operational issues
  • Support Technical Leads in managing daily team assignments
  • Ensure compliance with work-from-office and work-from-home policies
  • Manage staff attendance, time off requests, and weekly shift rosters
  • Compile, monitor, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure work instructions, SOPs, and quality documents are up to date
  • Execute annual performance reviews for GBS staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technical, or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising staff (managing 20+ people preferred)
  • Experience in a GBS environment
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding KPI targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business operations software
  • Fluency in English (B2+)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
