Business Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client documentation, engagement agreements, and compliance tracking
• Manage human resources tasks including onboarding, induction, and maintaining employee files
• Oversee office management duties such as IT system oversight, supply ordering, and event coordination
• Maintain CRM systems (Insightly), update lead lists, and manage budget spreadsheets
• Prepare weekly EDMs, property reports, and CMAs
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Monitor and report on policy efficiency, sales data, and business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business support, office management, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Insightly) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
