Business Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and technical subject-matter experts
• Prepare qualitative quotations and maintain quotation templates
• Maintain client and commercial data in CRM and LIMS systems
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing workflows and Business Support processes

Requirements

• HBO-Bachelor in Life Sciences or related fields
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, or analytical chemistry
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work with complex systems like LIMS
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Dutch language
• Previous experience in a business-scientific hybrid environment
