About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide front of house leadership, including welcoming visitors and managing calls
  • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, repairs, and fleet administration
  • Manage meeting rooms, shared spaces, mail, deliveries, and basic IT support
  • Deliver WHS inductions and act as Health & Safety Lead during emergencies
  • Assist with ESG and sustainability initiatives
  • Organise internal social activities and support corporate events
  • Manage office costs, expenses, credit card reconciliations, and travel coordination
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to leaders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services or consultancy
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished personal presentation and professional manner
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite in North Sydney 5 days a week
