About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business liaison across management, controls, technology, operations, and front-office teams.
  • Coordinate end-to-end change activity, serving as a central gatekeeper for intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Support the execution of business projects through planning, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Manage the coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and transfers with offshore hubs to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for urgency and feasibility to determine onshore versus offshore execution paths.
  • Oversee audit and control activities, including access changes, reconciliations, and post-incident checks.
  • Manage real estate coordination, including headcount forecasting and floor planning liaison.
  • Analyze workflows to identify streamlining opportunities and improve service scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in management, change coordination, project delivery, operations, or controls within a large organization.
  • Proven ability to partner with technology teams to triage and deliver business requests.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate needs into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning and tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting front-office or markets-facing business units.
  • Experience operating within an onshore/offshore hub model.
  • Familiarity with market data request workflows and vendor coordination.
  • Experience with business continuity planning and testing activities.
  • Proficiency with service management or ticketing tools.
