Business Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of various evaluations and data analyses
• Support administrative and analytical tasks across different departments such as IT, Accounting, and Asset Management
• Help with ad-hoc analyses and daily coordination tasks
• Support the management and documentation of office inventory, including furniture and IT equipment
• Assist in creating and optimizing fleet reports and exploring automation possibilities
• Contribute to document migration and transfer processes within SharePoint Online
• Support digitalization initiatives and various corporate projects
• Learn new digital tools and assist colleagues through documentation or simple training sessions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business-related degree or a comparable field of study
• Desire to gain practical experience within an international corporate environment
• Good communication skills in both German and English
• Very good proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in data analysis, digitalization, and IT-related topics
