Business Support Expert/Foreign Language Correspondent/Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support project acquisition by preparing pre-qualification documents, adapting standard texts, and selecting project references
• Collaborate with technical managers on bid preparation, including contacting partners and subcontractors
• Assist in recruitment by searching for suitable expert profiles and optimizing CVs
• Translate project documents to and from English and French
• Monitor deadlines and assist with the editing and quality control of reports
• Maintain regular correspondence with donors, project partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in languages, international relations, international management, or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in Business English and either French or Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Interest in international development and the energy sector
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, specifically within international development cooperation
• Previous experience in project assistance or project coordination
