About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, high-quality administrative support to the Auckland office and project teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and office support
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business to ensure smooth operations
- Manage competing priorities and juggle both reactive and proactive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Support office initiatives and participate in team events to foster a positive culture
- Assist in delivering great client outcomes through efficient administrative management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related administrative or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to learn and pick up new systems quickly
- Current, clean New Zealand Driver License
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification or professional training
