Business Support Associate – Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service and Commercial functions by interacting with customers and internal teams to optimize business performance.
• Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for the team by developing deep knowledge of business processes and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with functional groups such as Marketing, Field Personnel, and Contracting.
• Ensure compliance with all Corporate, Divisional, and Departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage and prioritize incoming demands and daily work routines to meet established schedules.
• Assist with special projects, system testing, and the creation of updated documentation or job aids.
• Provide professional, timely, and reliable communication to colleagues, management, and external customers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related work experience with a solid understanding of the specific functional area.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing courteous customer service.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a quality system environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
