Business Support Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail Business and Logistics teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Map existing processes and design optimized workflows leveraging SAP supply chain modules.
• Oversee the implementation, testing, and deployment of new retail systems including POS, B.o.H, and CRM.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and provide technical support to end-users.
• Document business requirements and identify discrepancies between systems and business needs.
• Develop end-user documentation and deliver training to ensure effective system usage.
• Partner with data teams to create meaningful Power BI and SAP reports and dashboards.
• Manage the defect resolution process and coordinate re-testing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle retail systems implementation (e.g., POS, stock take, B.o.H, CRM).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and configuring POS, replenishment systems, stock take systems, or SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes.
• Solid understanding of accounting business processes.
• Proven experience with data migration and integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
