Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
• Solve functional problems through chat, email, and phone calls by investigating issues
• Engage with visitors and leads via Livechat
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and improve user experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Odoo product
• Participate in side projects such as recruiting, onboarding, or providing support training

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT software functional support
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong affinity for both IT and Business processes
• Customer-oriented mindset with a solution-minded approach
• Fluent in English
• Ability to learn fast and work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of various business processes
• Technical knowledge in XML, Python, or JavaScript
