About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain third-party customer portals, including setup, updates, and recovery
  • Process and validate invoices to ensure alignment with client contracts
  • Update purchase orders (POs), invoice records, and contract data
  • Act as a key contact for billing and payment enquiries
  • Upload and consolidate invoices according to specific client requirements
  • Support National Key Accounts (NKA) teams, branch administrators, and cross-functional departments
  • Track invoice and PO status while maintaining accurate records
  • Provide reporting and client-specific invoicing outputs
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, contractual, and Quality Assurance (QA) requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing third-party customer portals
  • Experience processing claims and invoices for clients
  • Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications or Certificate IV in Administration or Finance
