Business Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate the full management cadence, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), monthly closings, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
• Transform fragmented updates from Growth, CRM, Inside Sales, Product, and Operations into strategic narratives for decision-making.
• Identify repetitive routines and lead the implementation of AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual data collection and consolidation.
• Build and evolve operational templates, processes, and rituals to support business scalability.
• Support long-term planning, forecasting, and executive communication for the business unit.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, BizOps, Planning & Performance, or consulting.
• Proven experience operating cross-functional rituals and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data (funnels, conversion, CAC, capacity) into strategic recommendations.
• Executive communication skills with excellence in written Portuguese and English.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflows to systematize routines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience in fintech, credit, real estate, marketplaces, or high-ticket sales environments.
• Experience building operational cadences and rituals from scratch.
• A background in consulting combined with a hands-on operational profile.
