Business Strategy - Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic consulting engagements across various industries and sectors
• Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving to address complex business challenges
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, growth strategies, and transformation roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align leadership teams and build consensus
• Analyse business, financial, operational, and market data to generate actionable insights
• Create compelling executive-level presentations and client deliverables
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Contribute to proposal development and thought leadership within the Business Strategy team

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or a combination of both
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, or transformation initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively across complex organisational environments
• Experience working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Strategy, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation
• Expertise in Customer and Commercial Strategy or Product and Proposition Strategy
• Background in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration
• Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation, digital change, or AI-enabled business initiatives
