Business Strategy Intern

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and business cases for new growth initiatives across Workforce and Airline markets
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform product and sales strategy
• Assist in developing strategic recommendations for commercial, operational, and product-related opportunities
• Build financial models and scenario analyses in collaboration with Pricing, Profitability, and FP&A teams
• Map and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and support scalable growth
• Prepare executive-ready materials summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on active strategic projects and transformation efforts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or Graduate degree program
• Rising college junior or senior
• Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in an onsite, in-office environment for 10-12 weeks
