Business Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative, financial, and operational support to managers and senior executives.
• Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting via dashboards.
• Lead change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and execution.
• Manage day-to-day functions of an administrative team, including supervision and scheduling.
• Coordinate department events, travel arrangements, and complex calendar management.
• Oversee financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing expense claims, and monitoring budgets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing administration staff.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of technical proficiency and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
