Business Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Administration Business Specialists to define, research, implement, and train employees on new company initiatives
• Review daily business processes to identify improvements, develop audit plans, and provide recommendations
• Ensure consistency in current and upcoming processes and procedures
• Assist with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events
• Travel up to 65% of the time to satellite offices for training, auditing, and acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Polished public speaking and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
