Business Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve user-experience OKRs for the BEES app, specifically focusing on account registration, "My Account" management, checkout, and post-order journeys.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Platform, BEES Care, and local teams to implement and optimize digital initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end project oversight, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and trade-offs to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Document active initiatives, discoveries, and processes to ensure decision traceability and clear stakeholder communication.
• Use analytical tools to pull data, validate hypotheses, and produce actionable insights to support roadmap and backlog prioritization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data exploration, metric analysis, and dashboarding.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over projects and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing projects within digital, e-commerce, or B2B environments.
• Experience with experimentation, funnel analytics, or managing product-to-support handoffs.
