Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for business, operations, and go-to-market roles
• Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies
• Review inbound applications and assess candidate alignment with role requirements and Range values
• Craft personalized, engaging outreach tailored to a wide range of candidate profiles
• Partner closely with recruiters to schedule initial screens and ensure a smooth transition into the interview process
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health in the ATS
• Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality
• Represent Range as a thoughtful and compelling employer brand

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role
• Experience at a large tech company or agency
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in startups and fintech
