Business Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage new initiatives for internal fraud and insider threat within the Global Operations Technology portfolio.
• Align technology solutions with business strategies by working with key stakeholders across all business functions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate meetings, and lead requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical and data requirements for developers or vendors.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions.
• Perform systems and business root-cause analysis to resolve problems and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration work.
• Advanced SQL skills for extracting and interpreting data from various systems.
• Understanding of API integration, system interfaces, and connectivity.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business partners, operations teams, and developers.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting applications.
