Business Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert technical advice on Zoho’s Finance, HR, and Payroll applications.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits.
• Design customized business solutions by identifying client needs and mapping them to Zoho’s application suite.
• Develop technical proposals and presentations that address specific client challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients as a trusted advisor.
• Provide training and technical support during the trial and implementation phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements within the African market.
• Relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically with Finance, HR, or Payroll applications.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and African market regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Zoho’s product suite, including Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
