Business Solutions Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners.
• Provide ongoing technical support, including system integration, patching, and feed monitoring.
• Support production and user acceptance testing (UAT) by identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical fixes are deployed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with upstream and downstream system owners to understand data formats and end-to-end processes.
• Serve as the technology support point of contact for Global GBM&T Compliance business owners and users.
• Create procedural documentation, such as guidelines and job aids, to support users.
• Participate in the development of implementation strategies and ensure deliverables are completed accurately.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within a financial services institution.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements for technical teams.
• Solid understanding of IT practices, requirements specification, and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments (e.g., equities or fixed income) and related derivatives.
