About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized financial advice and guidance to clients through borrowing and banking offerings
- Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships by conducting meetings and presenting customized solutions
- Analyze client financial needs to recommend services that align with their unique priorities
- Manage client outreach and pipelines through consistent follow-up routines
- Make decisions on client requests and provide referrals to appropriate internal partners
- Partner with financial center leaders to provide coaching and guidance to associates to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or small business banking
- Proven sales track record and experience with outbound phone sales
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Effective customer service skills with the ability to manage end-to-end client experiences and problem resolution
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with small business clients
- Proficiency with financial information, spreadsheets, and general financial skills
- Experience in in-person customer service and sales environments
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Working knowledge of small business products and services
- Bilingual communication skills
