About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized financial advice and guidance to clients through borrowing and banking offerings.
- Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships by conducting meetings and presenting customized solutions.
- Analyze client financial needs to recommend services that align with their unique priorities.
- Manage client outreach and pipelines through consistent follow-up routines.
- Partner with financial center leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates.
- Balance sales performance with operational risk and client relationship care.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or small business banking.
- Proven sales track record with experience in outbound phone sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
- Effective customer service skills and the ability to manage the full end-to-end client experience.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with small business clients.
- Working knowledge of small business products and services.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a professional setting.
