Business Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized financial advice and guidance that aligns with client financial goals and needs
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
• Analyze client financial needs to recommend customized borrowing and banking solutions
• Manage client outreach and pipeline activities through consistent follow-up routines
• Make decisions on client requests and provide referrals to appropriate internal partners
• Partner with financial center leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required
• Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or small business banking
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience with outbound phone sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with small business clients
• Proficiency with financial information, spreadsheets, and general financial skills
• Experience in in-person customer service and sales environments
• Working knowledge of small business products and services
