Business Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized financial advice and guidance to clients through borrowing and banking offerings.
• Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships by conducting meetings and presenting customized solutions.
• Analyze client financial needs to recommend services that align with their unique priorities.
• Manage client outreach and pipeline activities, including consistent follow-up routines.
• Partner with financial center leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates.
• Balance sales performance with operational risk and client relationship care.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or small business banking.
• Proven sales track record and experience with outbound phone sales.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Effective customer service skills with the ability to manage end-to-end client experiences and problem resolution.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with small business clients.
• Proficiency with financial information, spreadsheets, and general financial skills.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Working knowledge of small business products and services.
• Bilingual communication skills.
