Business Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain business control for Flight and Network operation systems, including Crewing, Planning, and Operations systems.
• Manage user access processes and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement new system features and manage change requests to ensure seamless system interfaces.
• Resolve system issues, assess problem severity, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors to manage issue resolution and system enhancements within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with T&I teams to implement system upgrades and ensure correct configuration.
• Work closely with Crew Planners and Operations teams to refine system setups for rostering and pairing.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with airline operations systems.
• Proven experience in technical support roles, either within an airline or as a vendor.
