Business Setup Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct expert consultations to recommend suitable UAE Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore business setup solutions.
• Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry and quotation to successful company incorporation and handover.
• Promote Smart Zone’s full suite of corporate services, including visa services, bank account opening, and tax consultancy.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal operations, PRO, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or consultative sales (Manager level requires 4+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures.
• Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes and licensing regulations.
• Proven consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a target-driven mindset.
