Business Set up Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to recommend suitable jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) and legal structures.
• Manage the full business formation lifecycle, including trade license issuance and corporate bank account setup.
• Oversee visa processing for investors, partners, and employees.
• Provide expert guidance on UAE business activities, license categories, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare customized proposals, cost estimates, and incorporation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone bodies.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure all client setups remain compliant with UAE laws.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets to contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in UAE company formation or corporate services.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws and Mainland/Free Zone regulations.
• Working knowledge of PRO services and visa-related processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong client-handling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic.
