Business Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial and production goals through proactive outreach to customers and prospects
• Provide cash management solutions and business deposit services to commercial and business banking relationships
• Partner with Business and Commercial Bankers as a subject matter expert in business services
• Identify and self-source new business opportunities through networking and community engagement
• Maintain high service standards by uncovering client needs and providing relevant financial guidance
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of sales or financial services experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of sales experience
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel to client sites and other offices
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process
• Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business banking, lending, or merchant services
• Background in treasury management or small business banking
