Business Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial and production goals related to business deposits and cash management solutions.
• Proactively engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through outreach and community involvement.
• Partner with Business and Commercial Bankers as a subject matter expert to provide financial guidance.
• Uncover sales and referral opportunities by listening to customer needs and asking insightful questions.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and regulatory risk.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales.
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to customers and other offices).
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process.
• Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business banking, lending, or merchant services.
• Background in treasury management.
