Business Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Self-source new business opportunities through proactive outreach to customers, prospects, and referral sources.
• Act as a subject matter expert in business deposits and cash management solutions for commercial and business banking relationships.
• Partner with Business and Commercial Bankers to provide relevant financial guidance and drive informed client decisions.
• Represent the Bank in the community by participating in civic and community events to generate business and identify CRA opportunities.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales.
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to offices and customers).
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process.
• Experience in business development, networking, and building centers of influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business banking, lending, or merchant services.
• Background in treasury management.
