Business Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead employer engagement and business services strategy to support workforce program outcomes
• Partner with industry leaders to develop employment and talent strategies
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate business services staff
• Identify business development opportunities and referral sources to increase job placements
• Coordinate networking events, hiring initiatives, and strategic recruitment activities
• Serve as a public-facing representative for the program to employers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with workforce program requirements and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, workforce development, human resources, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in employer engagement or workforce development
• Proven leadership experience in hiring and supervising staff
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Working knowledge of workforce programs and performance-based contracts
