Business Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Source and match candidates to job openings
• Maintain current job listings
• Build and sustain strong relationships with employers and community partners
• Assist businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Organize job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations
• Monitor employer satisfaction and collaborate with staff to improve placements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of local community needs and labor market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
• Willingness to travel to events and employer meetings across the eight county region

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales or staffing experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
