Business Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities and facilitate the application process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, job placements, and program outcomes
• Develop and nurture relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote services
• Stay informed about labor market trends, job search strategies, and employment laws
• Participate in outreach activities and job fairs to promote employment services
• Collaborate with program staff to understand participant needs and skills
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers across various industries to create job and internship opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and presentation skills
• Knowledge of local community needs and labor market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
