About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain solid relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues related to banking products and services
- Collaborate with the Business Executive to promote and sell financial products and services
- Provide administrative and operational support to the business team
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients to assist with inquiries and specific needs
- Monitor the performance and health of the assigned portfolio
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service
