Business Sales Support Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales order functions and ensure proper handoffs to post-sale teams
• Interface with internal stakeholders, including sales and engineering, to provide updates throughout the ordering process
• Process contracts and quotes while working effectively with downstream teams and customer billing
• Design and implement process improvements to maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies
• Provide routine reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics
• Assist leadership in identifying and executing high-impact plans for sustainable cost savings
• Evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month period (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA work location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Interest in AI and Automation tools
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant majors such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or Project Management
