Business Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the UAE market via networking, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, founders, and business leaders.
• Conduct product demos and present IT solutions including ERP, CRM, Zoho ecosystem, and cloud-based applications.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to deal closure and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design appropriate solution architectures for clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline reports in CRM.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of local UAE sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in IT sales or enterprise software sales.
• Strong understanding of business software such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Zoho, SAP, or other major enterprise business software.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, automation solutions, and API integrations.
• Experience working with SMEs or large enterprise clients.
