Business Risk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and key experts to identify, evaluate, and monitor operational risks affecting important business services.
• Provide critical crisis management support to the UK and EMEA Crisis Management Committees.
• Develop and maintain an effective Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR) program, including third-party risk management.
• Provide business leaders with necessary information and insights to support informed decision-making.
• Analyze complex issues and translate them into clear, concise reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Risk Management, Business Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
• Experience engaging with senior management and managing professional relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work confidently with colleagues at all levels across multiple global regions.
• A curious mindset regarding the use of AI to optimize workflows while maintaining sound judgment and ethical standards.
