Business Risk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and remediate operational risks, including financial, reputational, regulatory, and legal risks, throughout the value chain
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding policies, processes, controls, issue tracking, and risk monitoring
• Monitor changes and ongoing regulatory developments affecting the business
• Initiate, support, and track the end-to-end implementation of required changes to policies or regulatory frameworks, including documentation, processes, and training
• Support the assessment of new business cases and policies from a risk perspective
• Ensure the sustainable remediation of audit actions

Requirements

• Strong and relevant experience in Wealth Management or Asset Servicing
• Background in risk management, compliance, operational risk, or internal audit
• Sound knowledge of risk management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to break down complex issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian)
