About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Operations business units, including Collections and Strategic Initiatives & Enablement, by advising on risk and control design and implementation.
  • Lead core risk and control activities such as RCSA, PRC, PSPRA, RCRA, and issue management.
  • Partner with first-line stakeholders to maintain risk artifacts (processes, risks, controls, and issues) within GRCE systems.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and internal policies to identify gaps and support remediation actions.
  • Drive issue identification, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking to meet audit and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with second and third-line partners to support audits, regulatory reviews, and effective challenge processes.
  • Analyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks and lifecycle activities.
  • Hands-on experience working with risk management systems, specifically GRCE.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
