Business Relationship Manager Senior Deepening - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain, and deepen a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenues exceeding $5 million.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $15 million.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to the specific financial needs and circumstances of each client.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with existing clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Partner with Wealth Management, Private Bank, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive personal and treasury solutions.
• Adhere to sound risk management protocols, control policies, and all regulatory requirements to protect the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services.
• Proven knowledge of business credit underwriting with formal commercial credit training.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate client issues, own problems, and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing clients with $10+ million in annual revenue.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse industries, markets, and economic concepts.
