Business Relationship Manager Senior Acquisition - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of large business clients with annual revenues exceeding $3MM
• Provide customized business deposit, cash management, and business credit solutions
• Prospect for new clients in expansion stages by utilizing extensive referral networks and centers of influence
• Develop strong internal referral networks with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, and Middle Market teams
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand business needs and personal financial goals
• Partner with product specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and end-to-end service delivery
• Adhere to sound risk management protocols and regulatory requirements to protect the firm

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending
• Strong current business network and active involvement in community organizations
• Proven tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
• Commercial credit training and experience with business credit underwriting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years managing clients with $10MM+ in annual revenue
• In-depth knowledge of diverse industries, markets, and economic concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
