Business Relationship Manager Safe Act

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, acquire, and retain customer relationships to grow a book of business in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Deposit, Credit, and Cash Management products for assigned branches.
• Partner with cross-retail segment peers in Wealth Management and Mortgage to optimize client relationships and execute sales plans.
• Manage credit requests up to $250K and collaborate with Senior Business Bankers on larger lending relationships.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive new-to-bank client acquisition and meet scorecard KPIs.
• Educate clients on appropriate products and services to increase portfolio balance and revenue.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies, credit protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience, including 2-5 years in banking or 2-3 years in Business Banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of credit structuring and processing.
• Ability to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
• Exceptional consulting, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven business development and relationship management capabilities.
