Business Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of coordinator representatives and sales representatives in the assigned area
• Develop prospecting and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Recruit and develop team members to ensure sustainable performance
• Provide constant coaching, feedback, and support to improve individual and team results
• Implement client growth plans within the managed territory
• Ensure high-quality standards for home rate collection processes to maintain a quality client portfolio
• Ensure compliance with internal company regulations and policies
• Communicate organizational objectives and changes to all team members

Requirements

• Experience in sales and team coordination
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to manage individual and team performance to meet objectives
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to identify and develop talent
• Valid driver's license
