Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for business roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and advise on competitive positioning
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through each stage
• Help build and refine scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience best practices
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline health and funnel conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with GTM or business roles in a startup or high-growth environment
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Bias for action and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles (SDRs, AEs, CSMs)
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or Gem
• Solid understanding of GTM org structures
• Analytical approach to recruiting using data and metrics
